*Chris Kocher, Binghamton Press & Sun-Bulletin*

### “…makes you feel like you found something you didn’t even know you were missing… Trevor Exter nails it.”
*Ethan Kanat, BreakThruRadio.com*

For most of his life, Trevor Exter has been an in-demand singer, cellist and bassist with a distinctive approach to performing. He developed a style of accompanying himself on a plucked cello which won many hearts and fascinated many players. One day, in the wake of too many cellos having been damaged in transit, he tuned up a guitar like his cello. New songs started coming fast and furious. So here we are. Based in Joshua Tree, CA, he's back on the road: Brazil, Europe, Nashville & your town...

He’s had a few bands where he got to make a spectacle of himself, and some producers like to use him as a secret weapon. His sound is always distinctive and the music always leaves enthusisastic audiences clamoring for more.

First-time listeners were sometimes puzzled when Exter would step on stage with a cello plugged into an amp the way a rocker bears his axe. He is currently at work on a new album of brand new songs. Exter has toured with De La Guarda, Steve Kimock, author James McBride, DJ Tasha Blank and his duo with John Kimock, XVSK, as well as frequently performing solo.
